 "My Cross"-John 20:19
FROM JOHN: 19On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!"

 "He has risen."
FROM MATHEW: 5The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. 7Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you."
Oh, what a glorious day! Jesus overcomes betrayal, false accusation, the choosing of Barabbas by his people, a brutal beating by the Romans, abandonment by almost all of his friends, and then death on the cross, only to be resurrected!
The small dead tree in the far left corner of the image and the vibrant one in the left, are perfect symbols for death and rebirth.
